Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities<\/a><\/h3>\r\n\t\t

Nursing Facilities<\/h3>\r\n\t\t

The goal of nurse is to assist individuals with a disability and\/or chronic illness to attain and maintain maximum function. The staff nurse assists clients in adapting to an altered lifestyle, while providing a therapeutic environment for client's and their family's development. Outpatient Facilities<\/h3>\r\n\t\t

Often part of a larger medical complex, these facilities offer access to physicians and a full range of rehabilitation professionals without going to a hospital. Patients live at home, but typically visit the facility for several hours a day, 2 to 3 days a week, and receive coordinated and focused therapy sessions.
